Objectives
▪ Explain the key provisions of Executive No. 174, s. 2022 and the reclassification process;
▪ Evaluate qualification and performance requirement documents of applicants based on established
standards and indicators aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST);
▪ Use the increment table, scoring rubric, and computation formula in evaluating and scoring Education, Training, Experience (ETE), and Performance
▪ Simulate the assessment process both Classroom Observable Indicators (COI) and Non-Observable Indicators (NCOI) using validated tools and protocols
▪ Apply the S.T.A.R approach in conducting BEI to ensure evidence-based and competency-focused evaluation.
